I'm Menno van Ravels — the one person behind Fomotion.
Fomotion is my one-man studio, working at the intersection of AI, crypto and automation. No team, no office, no outsourcing — just me and a lot of machines. Everything I make is built in public, which means you can watch it get made, including the parts that don't work yet.
What I actually do
On YouTube I run two channels: The FOMO Factory, about crypto and building online, and Proof of AI, where I show what AI tools can genuinely do — practical, no-fluff, show-don't-tell.
Blockchain Decoded is the analysis side: pure charting and market analysis, without the jargon wall. It's built for people who were told this stuff was too technical for them.
The Alpha Factory is the community and strategy platform: members work out their portfolios, strategies and plans together, with AI agents doing the legwork. Live, with paying members.
Slimwerk is what's next: AI automation for people with better things to do — custom tools, automations and AI-built websites. In development, not open for business yet.
Why "built in public"
I believe the best proof of what AI can do is showing the work, not talking about it. This website, the platforms, the videos — all of it gets made in the open, largely with AI doing the heavy lifting. If that sounds interesting, come watch.
